Julio was born in Santa Marta, Colombia and he started his career in the coffee industry in 1990. For 30 years he has worked for mutinational companies in the sector and in several producing areas of the country, developing tasks ranging from the quality laboratory, through the production headquarters and finally managing mills for more than 10 years.
He have been working with Integra Trading SAS for more than 4 years, serving as Chief of Procurement and Quality of the area of Antioquia and directing the industrial process at the La Bonita mill plant, based in Amagá, Antioquia.
He is characterized by its proactivity and responsibility, as well as for his passion for teamwork, which is reflected in its good relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
Juan Pablo is an Agronomic Engineer at the University of Tolima, specialized in Finance and Capital Markets, as well as an MBA at the Graduate School of Business at the Universidade del Rosario. Juan also holds a master’s degree in International Leadership from EADA Business School in Barcelona, Spain.
He has more than 15 years of experience in Financial and Commercial Business related to the agricultural sector, with special focus on commodity trade, risk management and project financial structure. He joined the Integra team in 2020, from then, he has been directing the Financial Management and is an important participant in the coordination of the Colombia operation.
Monica is a professional in National and International Marketing, with a specialization in International Business and has 17 years of experience in coffee exports and imports logistics. She has been linked to different multinationals in the coffee sector and it’s currently leading the team of Integra as Logistics Coordinator. Her great passion is to spend time with her family and is a sport lover.
Angie is a professional in International Business and has 8 years of experience in the coffee sector. Actually, she’s in charge of Sustainability under different standards of certification, training of employees and review of social and environmental regulations in Colombia. Angie is a totally passionate about nature, with great social sense, openness to change and willingness to face new challenges.
Yaneth is a Certified Public Accountant and specialist in strategic management, with more than 15 years of experience in the coffee industry.
Empathetic, creative, friendly, with great numerical skills, leadership skills, human resources management and good negotiator. She’s also very charismatic and has an excellent relationship with both customers and suppliers.
Manuel holds an economics degree from Pontifice Universidad Javeriana and has carried out additional studies at Columbia Business School. Manuel started his career at ECOM Colombia (formerly CCA and CCM), he then led and managed the start of the Colombian subsidiaries for leading coffee multinationals Louis Dreyfus Commodities (now Louis Dreyfus Company) and Noble (now Cofco).
In 2015 he started his lifelong dream of opening a smaller coffee exporter, whose focus and competitive advantage was understanding the needs of all stakeholders and by having a more dynamic and more effective decision-making structure, forming a company that can think outside the box and provide innovative solutions to every actor in the coffee chain.
Integra has grown significantly in these 10 years, but has managed to keep its light and flexible structure and its solution oriented mindset.
